• What is Roofr?

  Roofr uses aerial/satellite imagery to measure your roof and provides you with an instant, free roofing estimate. We then connect you with one of our Vetted Roofing Contractor Partners to do an in-person inspection, provide a final proposal and complete the work. We provide you with a dedicated project consultant from beginning to end, ensuring the roof is installed without any headaches! If you're not happy, we'll do whatever we can to make it right.

• Is the estimate generated by the online estimator tool final?

  No, our online estimation tool provides you with a rough estimate as to how much your roof will cost to replace. Once you have requested a roof inspection, we send out a  Vetted Roofing Contractor to inspect the roof, address any of your concerns and help you choose the right roofing system. You will then receive a final, detailed quote from our Roofing Partners via your dashboard.

• Do Roofr's Vetted Roofing Contractor Partners have Workers Compensation coverage and Liability Insurance?

  Yes, our Vetted Roofing Contractor Partners and/or their workers have Workers Compensation coverage and Liability Insurance. However, we suggest that you double check and ensure the Roofing Contractor you hire carries Liability Insurance Coverage and all workers are covered under Workers Compensation Insurance.  Roofr carries full Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation coverage as well. 

• Does Roofr do the installation?

  Residential in North America: No, Roofr does not complete any of the installations. Our objective is to connect you with the most qualified Roofing Contractors from our network in your area to complete the work at a fair price. A Roofing contractor must pass through rigorous screening to be eligible to serve homeowners on our platform.
  
  Commercial in Ontario, Canada: Yes, Roofr completes the installation. We are a full service and licensed roofing company in the province of Ontario.
  
  Commercial in USA:  No, Roofr does not complete any of the installations. Our objective is to connect you with the most qualified Roofing Contractors from our network in your area to complete the work at a fair price. A Roofing contractor must pass through rigorous screening to be eligible to serve business owners on our platform.

• Who do I pay?

  Residential in North America: Once the work is complete and you’re happy, you pay the Roofing Contractor. Our service is free to use for homeowners; the Roofing Contractors pay Roofr to be a part of our team.
  
  Commercial in Ontario, Canada: You pay us once the work is complete and you're 100% satisfied. For larger projects, a payment schedule is applied.
  
  Commercial in USA: Once the work is complete and you’re happy, you pay the Roofing Contractor. Our service is free to use for business owners; the Roofing Contractors pay Roofr to be a part of our team.

• How do I pay?

  Our Vetted Roofing Contractor Partners accept credit card, cheque, money orders, or cash.

• When do I receive my warranty receipt?

  Once the job is complete to your satisfaction and full payment is made, the Roofing Contractor will provide you with all your warranty documentation.

• Will you negotiate with my Insurance Company on an Insurance Claim?

  United States: No. We will not negotiate with your Insurance company. Our goal is to connect you with a contractor who has experience with Restoration Projects and Insurance Claims. If your roof has been damaged and you decide to file a claim,  one of our Vetted Roofing Contractor Partners may be able to assist you.
